1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, or by booking an advertising campaign with FarViewAds, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Our services
FarViewAds provides mobile out-of-home advertising services in South Africa, including vehicle wrap, digital LED, side panel and tail-end advertising formats on our fleet of trucks. Specific campaign terms, routes, pricing and duration are agreed separately in writing (including by email) for each booking, and take precedence over these general terms where they conflict.
3. Bookings and payment
A campaign is only confirmed once both parties have agreed the route, format, dates and price in writing, and any required deposit has been received. Cancellation, rescheduling and payment terms will be set out in your campaign agreement or booking confirmation.
4. Creative and intellectual property
Where you supply artwork for a wrap or digital creative, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant FarViewAds a licence to reproduce it for the purposes of your campaign. Where FarViewAds designs creative on your behalf, ownership terms will be agreed in your campaign agreement. We reserve the right to decline creative that is unlawful, defamatory, or unsafe to display on a moving vehicle.
5. Liability
We take reasonable care to deliver campaigns as agreed, but delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including road closures, weather, traffic conditions, and vehicle breakdowns. To the extent permitted by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where it applies, our liability for any campaign is limited to the fees paid for that campaign.
6. Website use
This website and its content are provided "as is." You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the design, code, or content of this site without our permission. We aim to keep information on this site accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or error-free at all times.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a campaign booking will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
